Module 2: Electromagnetic Induction Roasting Drum

Conventional gas roasters heat the drum from the outside — flame heats air, air heats drum wall, drum wall heats barley. This triple-layer heat transfer is inherently slow and inefficient.

Electromagnetic induction generates heat directly within the drum wall itself — no flame, no hot air gap, no intermediate medium. The drum becomes the heating element.

Module 3: Multi-Stage Cooling Conveyor

Hot barley straight out of the roaster continues to cook from residual heat — a phenomenon called carry-over roasting. Unchecked, it deepens the roast beyond specification and wastes the precise temperature control of the induction system.
