Industrial Crate Washers are special used for washing the crate, plastic tray, stainless steel tray, turnover baskets in food factory.

The Crate washers have adjustable feet,can be used for washing different width and height crate. The crate accesses the wash tunnel through upward-foldable doors. Baskets or Crates are conveyed through the washer by heavy-duty synthetic chains. Crates are cleaned in the main wash zone by click nozzles supplied with water by a powerful and energy-efficient pump. The main tank is filled with its own water connection and is equipped with sensors to detect levels.

The Crate washer has 3 or 2 stages washing zone: hot water washing zone, detergent washing zone,clean water washing zone. And one high pressure air drying zone which can remove the water on the crate surface.
