The MF300 (200-600 kg/h) or MF400 (200-600 kg/h) would both serve this volume with room to grow.

Q: What is the difference between the MF300 and MF400 if they have the same capacity range?

A: The MF300 forms two patties per stroke (dual-cavity mold) — best for high-volume single-shape production like burger patties. The MF400 forms one patty per stroke with an adaptive filling system optimized for multiple protein types — best for facilities switching between chicken, beef, fish, and plant-based products.
