Product Description
The DZ-1000/1100 double seal rolling vacuum packaging machine closes two packs per sealing cycle. Product indexes along the belt into a sealing zone, a hood closes over it, vacuum is drawn through a 100 to 200 m³/h pump, and two 1000 × 8 mm sealing bars close on two bag necks at once before the belt carries the finished packs out.
It belongs to the continuous family rather than the chamber family: where a chamber machine makes the operator wait through every evacuation, this machine lets loading at the infeed and sealing at the hood overlap.

Motor power and machine weight are not stated in the maker specification for this model, so they are not quoted here. Ask for the current build sheet and we will confirm both for your configuration.
Both bars work inside the same hood, so the second pack does not cost a second evacuation. That is what lets this version scale output without scaling pump time, and it is why it is normally specified when the bag length is short enough for two bags to sit on the bars together.
Two bars per cycle pays off where the pack is large enough that one pack at a time cannot fill the cycle, and where the product is bulky enough to need the deeper chamber: bone-in cuts, whole muscle, blocks, bulk catering packs and large-format cheese.
It is a poor fit for flat retail packs that a chamber machine already handles comfortably, and for lines where the limiting factor is not sealing throughput at all.
Three inputs decide the configuration: the largest bag that has to run, the tallest pack height, and the packs per shift the line has to reach. The first two select between this version and the single seal version; the third confirms whether a rolling machine is needed rather than a chamber machine.
This model and its single seal sibling share one catalogue entry, so read the sealing line and chamber figures rather than the model number alone. The differences between them are set out on the continuous rolling vacuum packaging machine page.
