Why Electromagnetic Induction for Indian Sauce Production

Gas-fired cooking kettles dominate the Indian food processing market — but at a hidden cost. The distributor specifically wanted induction for three reasons:

The 415V Challenge: Why Most Chinese Suppliers Struggle with India

India's standard industrial voltage is 415V/50Hz — not 380V. Most Chinese equipment manufacturers ship 380V motors with an external step-down transformer. This approach creates three problems:
