The TINDO TD-series rotary rack oven is a high-capacity programmable baking oven designed for industrial bakeries, central kitchens, and pastry production lines. Nine models cover three capacities — 16-tray, 32-tray, and 64-tray — with electric, diesel, and gas heating options for every configuration.

The rotary rack design delivers uniform baking through three synchronized mechanisms: hot air convection walls with multiple circulation ducts, high-speed thermal cyclone technology, and a 360° rotating rack base. Full loads bake evenly — every tray achieves the same color, rise, and texture as the first tray loaded.

A 5-stage programmable temperature control stores custom baking menus, enabling complex baking standardization, batch data logging, and recipe transmission for modern production management. The built-in steam generator produces saturated steam above 120°C for European-style bread — crusty exteriors, open crumbs, and clean scoring lines.

Five independent baking stages — each with its own temperature, time, and steam settings — can be programmed and stored as named recipes. Complex baking processes (dough development, steam injection, baking, crust setting) run automatically without operator intervention. Uniform Color Across Full Loads

Three heat distribution mechanisms work together:

Visual Baking with Double-Layer Insulated Glass

High-temperature-resistant interior lighting combined with hollow double-layer insulated glass lets operators monitor the entire baking process without opening the door. The dual-layer glass reduces heat loss — keeping the chamber at setpoint — and keeps the outer surface cool to the touch, eliminating burn risk.
