Our automated system ensures every single tray is impeccably cleaned and sanitized to meet global safety compliance.

By integrating adjustable high-pressure multi-angle spray arcs with constant thermal disinfection, this machine effortlessly dissolves stubborn baking starches, burnt sugar, meat fats, and organic sticky residues from various container surfaces.

The 4-Stage Cleaning Process

  • Stage 1: Debris Pre-Washing Zone A high-volume, ambient-temperature water spray targets and loosens loose debris, flour crusts, or soil. This crucial step prevents organic materials from baking onto the trays in subsequent hot water zones.

  • Stage 2: High-Pressure Hot Detergent Wash The core cleaning zone. Rows of multi-directional nozzles blast the trays with hot water (>80°C) and automated detergent dosing to cut through tough grease, caramelized sugar, and oils.

  • Stage 3: Recirculated Rinsing Zone Trays enter the secondary rinsing chamber where high-pressure clean water thoroughly strips away all residual soap, chemical film, and remaining micro-particles.

  • Stage 4: Fresh Water Sanitizing & Cooling A final, non-recirculated freshwater rinse provides a pristine sanitary barrier, cooling down the plastic or aluminum trays for immediate handling. (Optional: Can be coupled with our Air-Knife Blower to remove >90% of surface moisture).
