Product Description
The TINDO Automatic Tray Washing Machine is a heavy-duty, inline tunnel system engineered specifically for high-capacity food production facilities, commercial bakeries, and automated central kitchens. Managing hygiene for hundreds of food-contact trays manually is labor-intensive and inconsistent. Our automated system ensures every single tray is impeccably cleaned and sanitized to meet global safety compliance.
By integrating adjustable high-pressure multi-angle spray arcs with constant thermal disinfection, this machine effortlessly dissolves stubborn baking starches, burnt sugar, meat fats, and organic sticky residues from various container surfaces.
Key Benefits & Engineering Highlights
Multi-Industry Tray Adaptability Equipped with an engineered, adjustable guide rail system, the machine seamlessly accommodates baking pans, chocolate molds, IQF freezing trays, agricultural harvesting flats, and heavy-duty logistics pallets of varying widths and heights.
Targeted Residue Scouring & Thermal Sanitize Features precision-aligned, quick-click stainless steel nozzles that blast recirculated water mixed with detergent at 0.2–0.7 Mpa. Combined with an intelligent heating system maintaining zones above 80°C (176°F), it guarantees complete biofilm destruction.
Eco-Friendly Dual-Tank Filtration To minimize operational costs, the machine utilizes a multi-stage water recycling tank. Heavy debris and flour particles are intercepted by removable stainless steel filter drawers, recirculating up to 70% of the wash water and drastically reducing chemical detergent consumption.
High-Throughput Inline Productivity Designed to process up to 1,200 trays per hour (depending on tray thickness and contamination levels), this continuous conveyor system replaces a team of manual washing staff, lowering your labor costs overnight.
The 4-Stage Cleaning Process
Stage 1: Debris Pre-Washing Zone A high-volume, ambient-temperature water spray targets and loosens loose debris, flour crusts, or soil. This crucial step prevents organic materials from baking onto the trays in subsequent hot water zones.
Stage 2: High-Pressure Hot Detergent Wash The core cleaning zone. Rows of multi-directional nozzles blast the trays with hot water (>80°C) and automated detergent dosing to cut through tough grease, caramelized sugar, and oils.
Stage 3: Recirculated Rinsing Zone Trays enter the secondary rinsing chamber where high-pressure clean water thoroughly strips away all residual soap, chemical film, and remaining micro-particles.
Stage 4: Fresh Water Sanitizing & Cooling A final, non-recirculated freshwater rinse provides a pristine sanitary barrier, cooling down the plastic or aluminum trays for immediate handling. (Optional: Can be coupled with our Air-Knife Blower to remove >90% of surface moisture).

FAQ of Tray Washer
Q1: Can the machine wash aluminum baking pans and plastic freeze trays at the same time?
A: Yes. The conveyor's synthetic side rails and top hold-down guides can be adjusted within seconds without tools to fit different tray types and materials, ensuring stable transport inside the tunnel.
Q2: How does the machine handle sticky or sugary residues common in bakeries?
A: Our Stage 2 zone combines high-temperature water (>80°C) with high-impact spray pressure. The heat rapidly melts sugars and fats, while the mechanical force of the water blasts them off the tray surface.
Q3: Can we integrate this tray washer into an existing automated conveyor line?
A: Absolutely. TINDO’s engineering team can customize the conveyor height, drive motors, and PLC communication interfaces (such as Siemens) to ensure flawless synchronization with your existing production lines.
