Product Description
The DZ-600/4S is the output-oriented model in the double chamber range. It uses the same 690 x 620 x 160 mm chamber as the DZ-600/2S but carries four 600 x 10 mm seal bars instead of two, so four bags are sealed per cycle rather than two. Cycle time is slightly longer at 2 to 4 per minute, and the supply rises to 5 kW.
Seal bars are the throughput lever that does not change the chamber. Adding bars does not lengthen the evacuation step, because the chamber volume is unchanged, and it does not require a bigger machine on the floor. What it changes is how many bags leave each cycle: with four bars, the same chamber and the same cycle rhythm deliver twice the bags of the two-bar version.
The trade is cycle time and power. Sealing four bars takes longer than sealing two, so the cycles per minute figure drops from 3 to 5 on the DZ-600/2S to 2 to 4 here, and the supply rises from 2.2 kW to 5 kW. The arithmetic still favours this model wherever bag count is the binding constraint: fewer, fuller cycles beat more, emptier ones.
Because the chamber is the same 690 x 620 x 160 mm as the DZ-600/2S, this model handles the same product range: portioned meat and poultry, fish fillets, ready meals in trays, pickled and preserved vegetables, and cheese. The 160 mm height gives room for marinated cuts, whole poultry and domed trays to draw down without being crushed.

Chamber and worktable are 304 stainless steel, and the pump is matched to the chamber volume. Time relays and AC contactors are dedicated parts, and the electrical enclosure is treated for water resistance so that washdown around the machine does not reach the controls.
Take the DZ-600/2S where runs are mixed and the operator needs to keep pace with a two-bag cycle. Take the DZ-600/4S where the same pack is run in volume and the operator can keep four bars loaded, because that is the configuration that converts a fixed chamber size into double the bags per hour. Both sit under the chamber vacuum packaging machine range, alongside the larger DZ-700/2S and DZ-800/2S.
Send the pack dimensions, the bag count per shift and how many packs one operator can fit in a 690 x 620 mm chamber. That count, multiplied by the cycle rate, gives the realistic hourly output and tells us whether the two-bar or four-bar version is the better fit.
