Product Description
The DZ-800/2S is the largest machine in the double chamber range, built around a 920 x 780 x 220 mm chamber and an 800 x 10 mm double seal. The chamber height is the figure that separates it from the smaller models: at 220 mm it closes over whole poultry, large cuts and domed tray assemblies that a shallow chamber cannot take. Cycle rate is 2 to 5 per minute depending on product and pack size, on a 6.5 kW supply.
Chamber length and width decide how many packs go in per cycle; chamber height decides whether the pack fits at all. At 920 x 780 mm the deck takes a full row of large bags or several smaller ones, and at 220 mm tall there is enough headroom for a bag to form a loose dome during evacuation instead of being pressed flat against the product.
That headroom matters for two product types in particular. Whole poultry and large bone-in cuts need space for the bag to pull down around an irregular profile without the bone tenting the film. Tray assemblies with a raised lid need clearance above the tray so the lid is not crushed before vacuum is reached.
The chamber is evacuated as a whole and the seal bar closes while the bag is still under vacuum, so the pressure inside the bag equals the pressure around it at the moment of sealing. There is no residual air pocket and no atmosphere pushing back against the seal, which is why the format holds vacuum on wet and liquid-rich product.
Two chambers sit on a sliding deck. While one is evacuating and sealing, the operator loads the other. When the cycle ends the deck moves and the second chamber goes under the lid, so loading time is absorbed into vacuum time rather than added to it.

Chamber and worktable are 304 stainless steel at 4 mm plate thickness, specified for corrosion resistance and for holding shape under repeated lid cycles in a wet packing room. The vacuum pump is matched to the chamber volume, and the electrical enclosure is treated for water resistance so washdown around the machine does not reach the controls. Time relays and AC contactors are dedicated parts rather than general-purpose components.
The DZ-800/2S is the model to specify when the pack is the constraint rather than the output. Packs that clear a 690 x 620 mm chamber run faster on the DZ-600/2S, and where throughput is the limit rather than pack size, the four-bar DZ-600/4S seals four bags per cycle in a smaller chamber. The full range is listed on the chamber vacuum packaging machine page.
Send the largest pack dimensions including any dome or raised profile, the bag width, and target packs per hour. If the pack clears 920 x 780 x 220 mm the DZ-800/2S is specified as above; if it does not, we will say so and point to the format that suits the product instead.
