The DZ-700/2S is a double chamber vacuum packaging machine with a 720 x 620 x 90 mm chamber and a 600 mm seal, supplied as either a fully automatic or a semi automatic unit. It runs 3 to 5 cycles per minute on a 2.2 kW supply. Where the larger models in the range are built around chamber height, this one is built around a low, wide working profile for flat packs and small formats.
At 90 mm the chamber closes over flat packs, single-layer portions, sliced product and small retail formats. The working area is 720 x 620 mm, so the footprint of the pack itself is generous even though the height is shallow: a full layer of small bags can be laid out in one chamber and sealed in a single cycle.
This is the configuration that suits operations packing portions rather than whole cuts. Where the product stack is low and the count per cycle is high, a shallow chamber fills faster and takes less pump work to evacuate than a taller one of the same footprint.
The model is offered in two forms. The semi automatic version leaves lid closing and deck movement to the operator, which suits low-volume or mixed-product runs where cycle rhythm is set by hand. The fully automatic version takes over lid and deck movement so the operator only loads and unloads, which is the version to specify where one person is tending the machine alongside other work.
Both forms share the same chamber, seal and vacuum system, so the specification below applies to either.

A nozzle sealer pulls air through the bag mouth, which works while the bag is still open around the product but stops improving once the bag collapses. A chamber machine evacuates the space around the bag instead, so the bag draws down only after chamber pressure falls and the final vacuum depends on the pump rather than on how much free air the operator could chase out of the bag. For portion packs of marinated or moist product, that is the difference between a seal that holds and one that draws brine.
The DZ-700/2S suits portion packing, sliced and flat product, and small retail formats. Where packs are taller or need headroom for a dome, the DZ-600/2S carries a 160 mm chamber; where the pack is larger still, the DZ-800/2S goes to 920 x 780 x 220 mm.
