Chicken is one of the most widely consumed proteins in Mexico, and breaded chicken is everywhere on Mexican menus — milanesa, tortas, nuggets, strips and fingers. That is exactly why this Mexican food processor ordered a complete chicken fillet coating line from TINDO: three machines in one continuous line, every contact part in SUS304 stainless steel, a waterproof design built for daily washdown, and a power supply customized to Mexico's local voltage before the line left the factory.
The line combines the FLU300 preduster (flouring machine), the TBAT300 tempura battering machine and the BRD300 breading machine, all on 300 mm belts with adjustable speeds from 3 to 15 m/min. Product flows through in a single pass: pre-dusting, batter application, then crumb coating — ready for frying, freezing or further processing.
Line process at a glance
Pre-dusting — FLU300 applies a fine flour layer so the batter and crumbs adhere evenly.
Battering — TBAT300 applies tempura batter with an adjustable top and bottom belt gap and a powerful blower to remove excess.
Breading — BRD300 applies fine or coarse crumbs with a circulating system that reuses crumbs and cuts waste.
I. FLU300 Preduster (Flouring Machine)
The pre-dusting machine is a dynamic flouring system ideal for bakeries and value-added meat products. An airflow system recycles flour inside the machine and blows clean air onto the product to remove any remaining flour, so every fillet enters the batter stage with a consistent, thin flour base.
Key features:
Independent motors on each drive section
Side loading tank on the lower part for quick refilling
Upper storage tank with exact calibration through an adjustable hatch
Lower bed manual calibration flap
Screws transfer flour from the bottom tank back to the upper storage tank
Protective covers keep the machine fully sealed
Manual calibration of the air tube to blow excess flour off the product
Manual calibration of the internal suction system
Upper dosing device with vibrating screen
Adjustable pressure roller for product thickness control
IE3 international efficiency class motors and electrical system
Easy to clean and meets HACCP requirements
Full SUS304 stainless steel construction

II. TBAT300 Tempura Battering Machine
The tempura battering machine is designed for soft battering with a batter bath — suitable for cornflakes, panko crumbs, coconut and more. The belt gap between the upper and lower sections is adjustable, and a powerful blower removes any excess batter for a fine, consistent finish. One machine replaces several hand operations.
Key features:
Fits a wide range of battering applications
Stainless steel construction with non-metal food-contact parts
Easy operation and maintenance, efficient and quiet
Excellent hygienic production process
Easily detachable parts for fast cleaning
Space-saving design with adjustable height
Safe and reliable operation

Overall dimension | 1500×645×1200mm |
III. BRD300 Breading Machine (Bread Crumbs Coating Machine)
The BRD300 breading machine, also called the bread crumbs coating machine, applies refined or coarse crumbs to battered products. It handles chicken, veal, pork and beef schnitzels, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, crumbled cheese sticks and much more. A roller presses the food for even crumb adhesion, and the blower removes excess crumbs from the product surface.
Key features:
Suitable for both refined and crude crumbs
Outstanding circulating system minimizes damage to bread crumbs and reuses them
High-quality air blower removes excess crumbs
Vibrator springs reduce excessive breading on the product
Helps extend frying oil life by up to 10% and reduces breading usage by up to 40%
Stainless steel construction with non-metal food-contact parts
Meets HACCP standard and holds CE certification

Why this line fits Mexican production
Milanesa-ready. The predust-batter-bread sequence is the exact process for breaded chicken cutlets (milanesa), nuggets and strips that dominate Mexican menus and retail freezer cases.
Built for wet cleaning. The waterproof design lets operators hose down the line daily without risking motors or electricals — a practical requirement in high-humidity coating areas, and it keeps the line HACCP-clean.
Full SUS304. All product-contact surfaces are food-grade stainless steel, with non-metal contact parts where needed.
Voltage customized for Mexico. The electrical system was configured to Mexico's local power supply before delivery, so the line is plug-and-install — no on-site rewiring.
Lean footprint. Three machines in a straight line with adjustable height and 300 mm belts suit medium-volume plants that want industrial output without a full multi-meter line.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Is the coating line compatible with Mexican power supply? A: Yes. The complete line was customized to Mexico's local voltage and 60 Hz frequency before shipment. The customer received the line ready to connect on site.
Q: Is the equipment really waterproof? A: The line features a waterproof design rated for regular washdown cleaning. Motors and electrical systems are protected so operators can clean the line thoroughly after each shift, which supports HACCP compliance.
Q: What products can this line coat? A: Chicken fillets and milanesa, nuggets, strips, fish sticks, schnitzels, cheese sticks, tempura vegetables and seafood. The TBAT300 handles soft batter and specialty coatings such as cornflakes, panko and coconut.
Q: How fast does the line run? A: Belt speed is adjustable from 3 to 15 m/min on all three machines, and the input/output heights are adjustable (800-1100 mm) so the line can be matched to existing fryers, freezers or packing lines.
Q: What support does TINDO offer after delivery? A: TINDO provides installation guidance, operator training documentation, remote technical support and a full spare parts supply. Contact us for details on your project.
