Product Description
TINDO's deboning machine series separates meat from chicken frames, necks, whole chicken and other bone-in poultry in one pass — turning bone waste into high-value mechanically deboned meat (MDM) with minimal labor, floor space and operating cost.
Two featured models cover the mid-range: the 100-A (500-700 kg/h) for small and medium plants, and the 130-A (1000-1500 kg/h) for higher-throughput lines. Both deliver a 65-90% yield with natural color, intact fiber texture and low temperature maintained from separation to use.
Bone-in raw material is fed into the hopper. A rotating screw shaft compresses it against the conical separation sieve; soft meat is forced through the sieve openings while hard bone is discharged separately — all in one continuous operation. The conical sieve design makes the gap between screw shaft and sieve easy to adjust, extending service life.
Sieve gaps from 0.65 mm to 0.95 mm are available and matched to your raw material: chicken frames (higher bone content) typically use 0.7 mm, chicken necks 0.75 mm, and whole chicken 0.8-0.9 mm. Custom gap sizes can be made on request. A slotted sieve (Type A) is the standard configuration; a drilled sieve (Type B) is available for special fiber or particle requirements.
The 100-A is the entry-to-mid production model — compact footprint, low power draw, ideal for plants processing 500-700 kg of bone-in raw material per hour.

Tell us your raw material and target output — we will recommend the right model and sieve configuration.
The yield of the 100-A and 130-A depends on raw material type and the MDM quality you target. Reference yields:
Input Raw Material | Chicken | Turkey |
|---|---|---|
Carcass - complete frame | 65-75% | 70-75% |
Carcass - half frame | 60-70% | 65-70% |
Necks - skin off (50-65 g) | 65-70% | 60-68% |
Necks - skin off (above 70 g) | 70-80% | 70-75% |
Thighs (skin on) | 75-80% | 80-88% |
Drumstick (skin on) | 70-75% | 75-80% |
Wing complete | 65-70% | 70-73% |
Whole chicken | 90%+ | 90%+ |
The production yield can be flexibly adjusted with the flow control valve according to your requirements for meat paste quality or bone residue content.
Poultry (chicken carcass / frame, half frame, chicken neck, whole chicken, wings), fish, bone-in red meat (pork backbone, meat with skin and fat), rabbit frames and similar bone-in materials. Tell us your raw material in advance — we will match the model, sieve gap and configuration.
The separated MDM is a value ingredient widely used in: sausage, bacon, dumpling filling, luncheon meat, chicken nuggets, meat pies, meatballs, meat sauce and other formed or emulsified meat products — improving yield and reducing raw material cost.
Higher quality MDM with more intact fiber and texture, good color — can be added in large quantities to the final product
Low calcium, bone content ≤0.09% (100-A) / 0.06-0.08% (130-A), not noticeable when chewing
Fiber structures preserved — flaky, filiform and block shapes for premium product grades
Low temperature maintained from separation to use — MDM resists oxidation and bacterial growth, protecting flavor and shelf life
Open type (standard) — basic frame, easy cleaning, lowest cost
Closed type with pipe — enclosed frame with piping for hygienic meat paste transfer and a cleaner workshop
Closed type with paste unloading motor — adds a small auger motor in the discharge pipe that keeps the paste uniformly mixed in color and texture while it flows
Frame, housing and motor base: 304 stainless steel; waterproof junction box and controls (customized per workshop environment)
High-efficiency motor, hard-surface heavy-torque gearbox, premium control components, precision bearings and industrial grease throughout
Separation shafts: models 80-A / 100-A / 130-A use a one-piece screw shaft (Type A); models 160-A and above use a split two-piece shaft (Type B) that lowers replacement cost
Flow control valve is the main wearing part (not repairable) — models 80-A / 100-A / 130-A do not require the wear-resistant cone sleeve spare
Simple axial gap adjustment: check the gap between screw shaft and sieve after 2-4 months of use (wear timing depends on raw material type, temperature, daily output and operation), re-adjust every 2-3 months, up to 3-4 adjustments total; when the shaft reaches its service tonnage limit, domestic customers can return it to the factory for refurbishment (3-4 times), overseas customers should order new screw shaft and sieve together for best fit
12-month warranty on main parts: free replacement or repair within one year for non-artificial faults; fair-priced parts and on-site maintenance support after the warranty period
Training available at our factory; on-site installation and training can be arranged with the buyer covering travel costs
