Product Description
In the modern meat and snack industry, efficiency is key. The MF240-II revolutionizes the production of cylindrical and stick-shaped products by removing the need for casings entirely.
Why choose a Casingless Maker?
Traditionally, making skinless hot dogs involves stuffing meat into a cellulose casing, cooking it, and then peeling the casing off—a process that requires expensive consumables and complex peeling machinery. The MF240-II bypasses this entirely. It forms the meat paste directly into the desired shape (sausage, bar, or strip) onto the conveyor belt.
Powered by a robust hydraulic driving system, this machine ensures consistent pressure and density, resulting in products with excellent texture and uniform weight. Whether you are producing Cevapcici for the grill, beef jerky strips for snacks, or pet food sticks, the MF240-II delivers high-capacity output (up to 600kg/h) with precision.

Uniform Forming: The hydraulic drive system provides stable, powerful pressure, ensuring that every sausage or stick is formed with consistent density and shape, free from air pockets.
High Speed: Capable of 15–35 stroke times per minute, delivering a substantial output of 300–600 kgs per hour depending on product size.
Beyond Sausages: While perfect for skinless sausages and bratwursts, the mold system is adaptable. It can produce chicken nuggets, burger patties, fish fingers, and meatballs simply by changing the forming plates.
Customizable Sizes: Supports sausage diameters up to 25mm and lengths up to 150mm, accommodating everything from cocktail sausages to long snack sticks.
No Casings Required: Eliminates the recurring cost of natural, collagen, or cellulose casings.
No Peeling Machine Needed: Removes the capital expense and maintenance of automatic peelers. You get a finished, skinless product directly from the forming head.
PLC Control System: Features an intuitive touch screen interface for easy setup of speed, pressure, and batch sizes.
Food Safety Compliant: Constructed entirely from SUS304 Stainless Steel, meeting strict HACCP and FDA standards for hygiene and corrosion resistance.
The MF240-II is built for continuous industrial operation.
