This Potato Blancher Machine can fully achieve color protection of potato chips or french fries. The blanching temperature is adjustable at 80-100 degrees.
The heating method can be electric ,gas or steam, and the potato is placed in the blanching basker and dipped into tank for full blanching. Potatoes are relatively light and will float on the water.
Our potato blancher is equipped with a pressing device that will directly press the potato chips into the water to ensure the uniformity of blanching.
The blanching time is about 1-2min. In addition, you can collect the washed-out starch centrally after precipitation, making full use of resources.
