This advanced vacuum fryer is equipped with a 250L frying basket, supporting input capacities of 80–100kg per batch, making it an excellent choice for both medium and large-scale food processing operations.

Operating at a vacuum degree of 300–1000 Pa and oil temperatures between 100–120°C, the VF250 ensures that foods are fried at low temperatures, preserving their natural color, nutrients, and crisp texture. Each batch can be completed in just 18–25 minutes, greatly improving productivity while maintaining high product quality.

Superior Oil Management

The machine features dual oil heating via a heat exchanger and fryer chamber, guaranteeing consistent oil temperature and circulation. This method reduces oil degradation and ensures every chip is evenly fried with minimal oil absorption, resulting in healthier, lighter snacks.
