An Electric Thermal oil heating cooking mixer is also known as electric heating interlayer pot, jacketed cooking wok. It uses conduction oil or thermal oil as heating medium, heated by electric heating tube. The electric cooking pot has good heat insulation performance. As long as the temperature reaches the expected value, it is reduced slowly. Therefore, it’s more effective to boil sugar, syrup, fry hotpot condiment, pop popcorn using this kind of pot.

Fully stainless steel: The bowl and the parts connecting with food directly are made of SS304. SS316 is also available.
