Product Description
The TINDO industrial cheesecake making and cooking machine is a fully automatic production line that integrates a cheesecake encrusting forming machine with an electric heated contact cooker. The system automates feeding, forming, flattening, conveying, and cooking, helping food manufacturers standardize cheesecake quality while significantly reducing manual labor.

Raw cheesecake dough and filling are loaded into the encrusting machine hoppers, where the machine automatically doses and encrusts the filling with dough at 10–100 pcs per minute.
A flattening roller presses each piece into a round, flat cake shape, ensuring consistent diameter and thickness for uniform cooking.
The shuttle conveyor automatically transfers and arranges the cheesecakes onto the contact cooker belt without manual handling.
The electric contact cooker cooks both sides of the cheesecake simultaneously, either surface browning or full cooking, with accurate temperature control up to 250 ℃ for even color and texture.

Fully automatic line: From forming to cooking, the line operates automatically, requiring operators only for raw material feeding and monitoring, which reduces labor intensity and manpower cost.
Standardized product quality: Each cheesecake can be controlled in weight (10–150 g/pc), size, and color, delivering consistent results that are difficult to achieve with manual production.
High capacity output: Forming speed of 10–100 pcs/min combined with double‑side contact cooking enables total line capacities of around 300–1000 kg/h, depending on product weight and recipe.
Double‑side contact cooking: The contact cooker cooks the top and bottom simultaneously, shortening cooking time by approximately half compared with pan cooking and ensuring uniform browning.
Accurate temperature control: Electric heating and segmented temperature zones allow precise control up to 250 ℃ to maintain stable product color and internal doneness.
Automatic flour dusting and oil spraying: An optional flour dusting device can sprinkle flour on both sides of the cheesecake, and the oil‑adding system sprays oil onto the Teflon belt to reduce sticking and improve surface texture.
Hygienic food‑grade design: The line uses stainless steel and food‑grade belts, designed for easy cleaning and maintenance to support HACCP and industrial food safety requirements.
