One‑piece hemispherical pot design
The pot is formed by stamping into a hemispherical shape with small roundness error, allowing the agitator (if equipped) to match the pot accurately and reducing product sticking during heating and mixing.
Bottom discharge for liquid and semi‑liquid products
A bottom discharge outlet is designed for easy emptying of soups, sauces, jams and other liquid or semi‑liquid foods.
Optional lid and stirring system
The kettle can be equipped with a lid for sealed cooking to reduce evaporation and contamination, and an optional stirring mechanism for uniform mixing and improved heating efficiency.
Multiple heating options
